- Professional knowledge of payroll accounting, labor, social security, and income tax law
- Experience with multi-national organizations
- Very good administrative and organizational skills
- Fluent English and preferably French or German
- Good Excel knowledge
- Workday knowledge (plus)
- Accuracy and superior attention to detail
- Discretion with sensitive information

Aufgaben
- Provide backup support to the team.
- Manage payroll processes for international markets.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to social security, pension, and tax authorities.
- Act as main contact for external payroll providers.
- Submit data for monthly payroll processing.
- Review preliminary payroll reports.
- Approve final payslip versions.
- Request approval for net employee payments.
- Liaise with the treasury team on tax payments.
- Liaise with health insurers, tax authorities, and auditors.
- Provide journal entries to the accounting team.
- Provide accrual information to the accounting team.
- Follow up on payroll reconciliation needs.
- Serve as direct contact for payroll audit requests.
- Resolve employee payroll and tax inquiries.
- Perform SOX controls for MK Europe.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports.
- Maintain payroll reports, including statistics and KPIs.
- Follow up on social security and tax audits.
- Address social security and tax queries with departments.
- Update standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate and support various projects.
