- Support the Retail Allocation Team in allocation activities.
- Assist in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze sales and stock performance for products and stores.
- Implement distribution strategies using Arthur Allocation, Armonica, and Stealth.
- Support allocation strategies for assigned products with accuracy.
- Maintain stock levels based on actuals and forecast variance.
- Assist with system maintenance, respecting deadlines.
- Ensure product balance across stores by gender/category.
- Manage weekly/monthly store stock holding for specified stores and styles.
- Collaborate with Retail Allocation Manager for effective communication.
- Ensure controlled and timely stock flow.
- Provide analysis to Planning and Buying teams on product/store performance.
- Improve processes and make quick decisions to maximize sales.
