- Implement improvement projects adhering to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements
- Ensure product maintenance through engineering change notices
- Approve process designs
- Perform final project testing
- Evaluate and implement new process technologies
- Support production during process/equipment start-up
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and production teams
