- In-depth knowledge of Swiss pharmaceutical legislation (HMG, AMBV, AWV)
- In-depth knowledge of GDP/GMP standards

Aufgaben
- Release or reject imported medicinal products
- Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and Swissmedic requirements
- Oversee change controls and deviations
- Advise internal teams on pharmaceutical compliance and safety
- Act as Responsible Person for advertising
- Ensure advertising material complies with local regulatory requirements
- Serve as primary contact for Swissmedic and other regulatory authorities
- Act as subject matter expert in audits and inspections
- Ensure readiness for ISO and GxP inspections
- Participate in pharmacovigilance systems
- Manage safety communications
- Serve as IMS Process Owner and Coordinator
- Coordinate market release and advertising processes
