Aufgaben
- Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment
- Develop win/win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value
- Enhance customer relationships and value realization
- Identify customer needs to drive on-time renewal closure
- Spot areas for license expansion and potential renewal risks weekly
- Maintain understanding of Sprinklr licensing models for assistance
- Monitor customer health metrics to identify and communicate risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Document all renewal steps in SFDC/Clari systems
- Engage customers about renewal readiness and general needs
- Connect with customers on multi-year contracts for continued engagement
- Execute on Renewals Management priorities and programs
- Create and present renewal proposals throughout the post-sales process
- Work with Legal and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues
- Accurately forecast using Renewal & Forecast Guidelines
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to review customer value achievement
