Anforderungen
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
- Experience in customer-facing technical support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, DICOM, HL7, T-SQL, or scripting languages
- ITIL Foundation certification and prior technical work on ISCV / XPER / IBE advantageous
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
Aufgaben
- Provide remote support for over 200 customers
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and empathetically
- Troubleshoot software and hardware incidents
- Analyze incidents following standard company procedures
- Escalate critical or complex cases to senior experts
- Maintain and grow high-level technical expertise
- Contribute to the global knowledge base
- Share best practices with international support teams
- Ensure quality and care in every customer interaction
