Aufgaben
- Provide remote support for over 200 customers
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and empathetically
- Troubleshoot software and hardware incidents
- Analyze incidents following standard company procedures
- Escalate critical or complex cases to senior experts
- Maintain and grow high-level technical expertise
- Contribute to the global knowledge base
- Share best practices with global support teams
- Ensure quality and care in every customer interaction
