Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years operational experience in regulatory reporting
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, or banking education
  • Practical understanding of bank's balance sheet
  • Working knowledge of European financial/banking legislation
  • Knowledge of CRR, CRD, KWG, AnaCredit
  • Experience with regulatory reporting software
  • Experience with BAIS or equivalent software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfort working with data/IT interfaces
  • Experience in external audit cycles
  • Experience preparing reporting documentation for authorities
  • Interest in financial regulation and IT intersection
  • Ability to map interface descriptions
  • Support complex data migration/transition projects
  • Strong analytical capacity
  • Highly structured problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English

Aufgaben

  • Ensure flawless compilation of regulatory reports
  • Proof and submit reports on time
  • Adhere to monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual cycles
  • Manage COREP, FINREP, and national reporting workflows
  • Focus on liquidity and capital requirements reporting
  • Prepare documentation for audits
  • Serve as a point of contact for auditors
  • Support new company initiatives and innovations
  • Review and integrate regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Data and IT teams
  • Refine data pipelines and handle data requests
  • Update interface descriptions
  • Support automation processes in core reporting engine
  • Represent Regulatory Reporting in cross-functional meetings
  • Align with Risk, Controlling & Credit, Treasury, Accounting, and authorities
