Anforderungen
- Living in or near Berlin or Munich
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years in a client-facing role
- Experience in hospitality, retail tech, or B2B sales is a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment

- Manage the regional sales pipeline from contact to signature.
- Engage new prospects through calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Drive business growth by opening new shops in the region.
- Work with individual hotels and hotel chains/groups.
- Build and maintain relationships in the hospitality sector.
- Serve as a trusted local expert for Wundermart.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance offerings using feedback and data.
