Regional Sales Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Successful sales experience in medical device or healthcare industry, preferably diabetes products
- Success in a sales leadership role and ability to manage high-performing teams
- Proven relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly endocrinologists
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategies
- Excellent skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Strong data analysis capabilities for informed decision-making
- Competent in CRM systems and data management tools
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining key industry relationships
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid driving license required
Aufgaben
- Meet or exceed sales targets and market share
- Maintain knowledge of the local healthcare system and reimbursement processes
- Build and sustain relationships with key diabetes decision-makers
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Omnipod® System and related products
- Train the team on product knowledge and technology
- Coach Territory Managers and Clinical Services Managers on commercial strategies
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and training requirements
- Conduct field sales activities professionally and in line with marketing strategy
- Hire, develop, and retain top sales and clinical talent
- Oversee budget utilization for commercial and training resources
- Collaborate with commercial and corporate teams to achieve shared goals
- Complete all administrative tasks promptly and within budget
