Regional Sales Manager - Central(m/w/x)
Leading a remote sales team for a global science-based solutions provider in pharma, personal care, or healthcare. 7-10 years of B2B sales management experience required. Focus on revenue targets and strategic customer retention.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or relevant scientific/technical discipline
- 7–10 years managerial responsibility in B2B sales/service organization
- Success leading and developing remote sales teams
- Track record delivering results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, healthcare, or medical devices industries
- Commercial acumen with technical and scientific understanding
- Leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
- Communication skills for interacting at all organizational levels
- Fluent English and German
- Additional languages (e.g. French) are a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy
- Drive performance and capability building within the sales team
- Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Develop new business and retain strategic customers
- Manage key accounts and senior customer relationships
- Conduct complex commercial negotiations
- Oversee long-term agreements and pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Manage sales reporting through CRM and internal tools
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards
