Aufgaben
- Lead a diverse sales team across Germany and Austria
- Sell the Agentforce Revenue Management portfolio
- Drive team performance and sales
- Formulate and implement growth strategies
- Engage and orchestrate with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR
- Develop and lead the team to generate revenue
- Achieve individual team and organizational quotas
- Define and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives
- Coach team members for career development
- Inspire team to achieve their best work
- Hire, train, and develop the sales team
- Develop team members into sales-ready candidates
- Create industry-specific pipeline programs
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives
- Report regularly on team and individual results
- Report on pipeline generation and quality
- Forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership on pipeline quality
- Collaborate with Operations on process improvements
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Manage and close complex Agentforce Revenue Management deals
- Partner with companies on digital transformation strategies
- Engage directly with C-level executives
- Align solutions with executive business objectives
- Position the Agentforce Revenue Management product suite
- Showcase CPQ, Billing, Order Management, and Revenue Recognition capabilities
