- Act as the primary contact for HR issues
- Standardize and digitize local HR processes
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
- Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards
- Oversee compensation planning and onboarding processes
- Manage union and works council relations
- Resolve employee relations issues and investigations
- Protect and maintain sensitive confidential data
