Anforderungen
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Information or Electrical, Power Electronic, Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, or comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in designing control firmware based on microcontrollers / DSPs for Power Electronic Products such as UPS, BESS, Renewable Energy systems
- High skill in C/C++/Python and Firmware Development
- Solid knowledge in structured development processes (requirement analysis, design, implementation, test, documentation)
- Experience with development infrastructure (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, build systems, unit testing, debug probes, oscilloscopes)
- Exposure to Cyber Security concepts
- Knowledge of main industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, EtherCAT)
- Passion for teamwork and innovation
- Ease communicating in English
- Ease communicating in Italian
Aufgaben
- Contribute to technology, software, product, and system development
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to problems
- Provide ideas and work independently or as part of an R&D team
- Design, develop, and implement firmware for Power Electronic Converters and communication modules
- Ensure robust functionality and cybersecurity in firmware
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing
- Validate software performance and reliability
- Collaborate with system architects and hardware/software engineers
- Translate system requirements into detailed firmware specifications
- Contribute to intellectual property creation
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Share expertise with global engineering teams
