- Drive continuous improvements in control strategies
- Mentor junior engineers within the team
- Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps
- Develop converter topology and protection systems
- Manage insulation coordination and main circuit development
- Execute steady-state and dynamic stability studies
- Address evolving customer requirements and stakeholder needs
- Uphold safety, integrity, and responsibility standards
- Collaborate in an agile team environment
