In this role, you will oversee the effectiveness of the Management System and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. Daily activities will involve conducting audits, supporting safety initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and safety.

Anforderungen

• •Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions
• •Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, preferable EASA continuing airworthiness, with advanced experience with compliance audits
• •Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
• •Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage
• •Excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills
• •Professional proficiency in English, German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Plan an effective Management System per aviation regulations and international standards
• •Conduct safety and compliance audits to ensure Management System compliance
• •Support business units in addressing safety, compliance, and quality findings
• •Monitor safety and compliance standards to identify gaps and initiate preventive actions
• •Promote a culture of compliance and safety through communication and training
• •Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers, and business units on compliance matters
• •Manage the safety and audit database (Q-Pulse) to enhance the audit program and data analysis
