As a GTF Quality Inspector, you will engage in technical inspections and ensure quality standards for engine components. Your role involves creating repair orders, documenting modifications, and applying Lean Six Sigma methods to enhance processes and safety.

Anforderungen

• •Completed vocational training in a technical/metal field (polymechanic, machine mechanic or equivalent)
• •3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry
• •Holding EASA Part 145 authorisation to certify engines
• •Ability to work independently, precisely and responsibly, with strong safety and quality awareness
• •Open-minded team player with good communication skills
• •Willingness to work in two shifts and occasionally on weekends
• •Good knowledge of English medium; German is an advantage
• •Experience with MS Office and SAP

Aufgaben

• •Perform technical inspections and measurements of engine assemblies, modules, and parts (PW1100G-JM) on schedule
• •Create and process repair orders for assemblies and individual parts, including engine modifications
• •Control and document modifications and configurations on parts and assemblies, adhering to regulations
• •Execute assigned work on time with self-checks and proper documentation of all activities
• •Apply Lean Six Sigma methods and perform internal audits, including 5S, and follow up on actions
• •Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• •Handle tools, equipment, and resources in an environmentally conscious manner
