- Solid understanding of core quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Experience in project management
- Experience working with cross-functional or intercultural teams
- Analytical mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stress management skills
- Ability to work in demanding environments
- Excellent English skills
- Good proficiency in MS Office
Aufgaben
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System.
- Monitor and update documentation for ISO/IATF/AT&S compliance.
- Oversee and improve the PDCA workflow.
- Ensure shop floor compliance with QMS requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits with Production.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new QMS improvement methods.
- Conduct internal QMS trainings.
