Aufgaben
- Support implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and inspection specs
- Assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications
- Facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits
- Ensure smooth communication during customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards across all product life stages
