Aufgaben
- Perform visual quality inspections on instruments and accessory products
- Perform visual quality inspections on microfluidic chips, reagents, and spare parts
- Perform mechanical functional tests on instruments
- Perform mechanical functional tests on accessory products and spare parts
- Perform tissue sample staining on instruments and score staining quality
- Perform dimensional controls on spare parts
- Perform documentary controls on instruments, accessory products, and spare parts
- Perform functional controls of primary and secondary antibodies
- Create protocols for antibody controls
- Launch protocols on instruments for antibody controls
- Analyze results of antibody controls
- Perform calibration and maintenance of QC tools
- Participate in the creation of non-conformities
- Participate in the investigation of non-conformities
- Follow internal processes for handling conform parts
- Follow internal processes for handling non-conform parts
- Support root cause investigation of non-conformities
- Perform additional functional checks for investigations
- Perform additional visual checks for investigations
- Perform additional dimensional checks for investigations
- Contribute to the improvement of work instructions
- Contribute to the creation of new work instructions
- Contribute to the redaction of new work instructions
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for the QC department
- Work in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP)
