- Follow safe work procedures
- Adhere to Quality Compliance standards
- Comply with QMS policy and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and Quality standards
- Conduct safety and quality investigations
- Lead by example in adhering to company policies
- Serve as SME during audits
- Provide full leadership to analysts in FMCG production
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and output standards
- Establish and confirm 4M standards for safety, quality, and output
- Use Haleon systems for batch record and results management
- Update and create analytical SOPs, WIs, and testing instructions
- Use tools for problem-solving and performance management
- Identify and resolve real-time issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as lead investigator
- Identify and develop key talent within the team
- Set performance expectations
- Provide regular feedback
- Oversee task assignment and staffing
- Manage recruitment efforts
- Coach and support implementation of improvement projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost
