Aufgaben
- Provide overall IT leadership and accountability for sites
- Act as the primary IT partner to site leadership
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT strategy
- Ensure effective IT service delivery
- Ensure sustained compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Own end-to-end IT delivery and operations for assigned sites
- Manage site IT quality, risk, and compliance
- Manage site IT business continuity, resilience, incident response, and crisis management
- Manage site IT cost control and performance
- Represent IT in site governance and accountability forums
- Define, maintain, and deliver a site IT roadmap
- Translate site requirements into clear demand for central IT
- Influence IT prioritization, investment decisions, and delivery plans
- Partner with IT Shared Services and external providers
- Ensure services meet site needs, SLAs, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory expectations
- Line-manage the site IT team
- Build team capability through coaching, performance management, and development
- Manage site IT operating and capital expenditure
- Drive adoption of strategic global platforms and target architecture
- Govern the boundary between local and global IT solutions
- Ensure IT inspection readiness
- Represent the site during IT audits and inspections
- Lead by example in EHS, quality, and compliance
- Ensure incidents, deviations, and CAPAs are managed appropriately
