Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the Quality & HSE team
- Report to the Managing Director
- Ensure quality excellence and strong HSE culture
- Drive compliance with customer requirements and standards
- Promote continuous improvement and alignment with GPV Group policies
- Oversee audits, non-conformity management, and corrective actions
- Monitor quality performance metrics
- Manage supplier quality, including inspection plans and incoming materials controls
- Handle supplier non-conformities and claims
- Support customer visits and audits
- Act as Ex Authorized Person for ATEX products
- Serve as Management Representative for QMS effectiveness and awareness
- Promote a safe working environment and adherence to regulations
- Initiate and reinforce continuous improvement in HSE areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Group Quality/HSE teams
