You will drive sustainability goals by managing environmental compliance and risk assessments while supporting the HSE Manager to maintain the highest health and safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Min. 3 years industrial environmental experience
• •Knowledge of Swiss environmental regulations
• •Understanding of emissions and sustainability practices
• •Strong analytical and data processing skills
• •Basic knowledge of H&S principles
• •Excellent command of Office 365
• •Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Fluency in Italian and English

Aufgaben

• •Ensure compliance with Swiss environmental laws and permits
• •Coordinate with cantonal authorities and community stakeholders
• •Develop and implement robust environmental policies
• •Conduct environmental impact assessments for production changes
• •Manage waste streams, segregation, and supplier audits
• •Lead initiatives to improve resource efficiency
• •Oversee chemical compliance and safety data requirements
• •Coordinate safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
• •Plan and execute environmental audits and inspections
• •Provide sustainability training to engineering and maintenance teams
• •Support the HSE Manager with health and safety activities
• •Prepare documentation for production safety standards
• •Manage HSE reporting for internal and governmental stakeholders
