Anforderungen
- Technical education with 3-5 years relevant experience or university degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent with 0-4 years experience
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical sector, active substance manufacturing, or analytical laboratories within GMP environment
- Good understanding of Quality Control testing, QC sampling, laboratory excellence, and GxP standards
- Experience with laboratory equipment and supporting analytical/quality laboratory activities
- Strong collaboration and effective communication skills across teams
- Result-oriented mindset with analytical thinking, resilience, and focus on operational excellence
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to digital tools and processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and standard IT applications for quality
- Sound quality decision-making skills and understanding of industry quality standards
- Good written and spoken English skills and fluency in German (a plus)

Aufgaben
- Perform bioanalytical release and stability testing
- Prepare, evaluate, and report on protocols, plans, and analyses
- Implement new product testing into the laboratory
- Support method development and validation activities
- Manage analytical weak points and perform troubleshooting
- Support continuous improvement of laboratory workflows
- Review analytical data and release activities for accuracy and compliance
- Handle OOx results and deviations
- Define CAPAs and contribute to investigation processes
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Prepare maintenance and calibration plans
- Act as SPoC or SME for bioanalytics initiatives
- Contribute to documentation workflows and technical authoring
- Support sample planning and execution
- Support supplier qualification
- Perform KPI/KQI trending and analysis
- Follow HSE guidelines
- Proactively identify and report potential risks
- Propose solutions for risks
- Participate in required trainings
