- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Cultivate strong client communication channels.
- Build collaborative client partnerships.
- Coordinate QC activities with internal teams.
- Coordinate QC activities with external partners.
- Ensure efficient and timely project execution.
- Manage and organize lab project activities.
- Ensure prompt and effective lab testing and analysis.
- Create essential QC documentation.
- Review QC documentation for campaigns.
- Release QC documentation for batch processes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Support and advise QC and project teams.
- Optimize QC procedures and processes.
- Develop QC working methodologies.
- Enhance QC efficiency and quality.
