- Refine acceptance criteria.
- Identify issues early.
- Identify critical test cases for automation.
- Participate in new feature and product development.
- Advocate for quality within agile teams.
- Drive quality best practices.
- Implement risk-based testing approaches.
- Improve testing strategies, QA processes, and documentation.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve Tractive.
- Take ownership of areas showing your potential.
- Attend professional development workshops.
