Public Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing public sector accounts for a global technology firm, shaping deals and driving revenue growth. 3+ years of account management experience required. Eligible for overtime and special work times.
Anforderungen
- Higher education degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline or demonstrated competence/experience
- At least 3 years experience in account management, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage) or related field
- Native or fluent in German and English
- Ability to assess client's business and identify opportunities
- Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity
- Product and solutions demonstration, customer training and installation skills
- Effective utilization of resources for revenue generation
- Competitive selling skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame value proposition
Aufgaben
- Build strong professional relationships with Public sector customers
- Establish personal credibility as a trusted advisor
- Understand business strategies and challenges to shape deals
- Advance opportunities for profitable revenue growth
- Create account and hunting plans for multiple Public sector accounts
- Understand HP’s product and solutions portfolio
- Develop strong relationships with client IT organizations
- Gain deep understanding of client business needs
- Leverage technical and customer process knowledge for new opportunities
- Collaborate with pre-sales and specialists to pursue deal opportunities
- Manage and enter all opportunities in pipeline tools
- Comply with sales policies and strategies for assigned segment
- Conduct sales presentations and proposals
- Learn and communicate the value of HP’s products and solutions
- Manage and respond to Public Request for Proposals
- Create product offerings and pricing
