- Lead proposal development for RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, PPPs
- Analyze customer requirements and procurement specs
- Develop proposal plans with clear responsibilities, milestones
- Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Monitor proposal progress, follow up on inputs
- Identify and escalate risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with customer and internal standards
- Coordinate approval workflows, document legalization
- Manage proposal production and submission logistics
- Deliver high-quality, accurate, compelling proposals
- Contribute to improving proposal management practices
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
