Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Project Management to meet client requirements.
- Lead technical planning and design sessions with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and product development teams.
- Stay updated on emerging processes and technologies.
- Author and update internal and external documentation.
- Assist clients in understanding solution design.
- Provide training support for complex enhancements.
- Extract information from unclear customer requirements.
- Work with Service Transition Project Manager on deliverables.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer process and capture SOPs.
- Ensure all configuration items are imported and discovered.
- Complete deployment and tuning of monitoring.
- Configure prioritization and queuing of incident tickets.
- Set thresholds for automatic problem management.
