- Support for equipment specification, vendor selection, FAT/SAT execution, commissioning
- Leadership abilities with team guidance through influence
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Business acumen and strategic mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive risk mitigation approach
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software
- Experience in regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device) preferred
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards preferred
- English communication proficiency required
- Additional languages a plus

- Manage project scope, budget, safety, quality, and schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution
- Perform engineering tasks
- Support construction and commissioning/qualification on process topics

- Guide teams effectively within a matrix environment
- Support business growth and operational excellence with successful projects
