- Experience in semiconductor assembly or testing
- Project management certification as an advantage

- Coordinate complex automation projects across the manufacturing landscape
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing smart factory technologies
- Integrate new technologies with existing systems and processes
- Develop project concepts with suppliers and internal partners
- Prepare business cases and compare strategic investment options
- Align project teams and stakeholders through clear communication
- Manage project budgets and monitor financial guidelines
- Track progress and mitigate potential project risks
- Oversee implementation from initial concept to equipment delivery
- Manage equipment integration with operational technology systems
