Anforderungen

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automation, Production Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• More than 3 years of project management experience leading complex CAPEX projects
• Hands-on experience in machinery or metal manufacturing industry with advanced technologies implementation
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
• Strong financial literacy to evaluate data and build business cases
• Analytical thinker with excellent conceptual skills and proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Team player with high motivation, curiosity, and drive to learn and improve
• Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
