- Collaborate closely with Chief of Staff on strategic projects
- Coordinate resources and vendors for projects
- Maintain an overview of all ongoing projects
- Follow up with stakeholders on project progress
- Support defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Report project progress to management
- Escalate project risks and issues
- Track and analyze project performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Ensure clear and effective project communication
