- Analyze the impact of the ROC initiative on core digital banking areas
- Collaborate with SMEs to map and document current business processes
- Support redesigning future workflows based on analysis
- Develop detailed process and data documentation for target-state solutions
- Partner with architects and delivery teams to define solution designs
- Translate business needs into technical implementations
