- •Hands-on recruiting experience (full-cycle, sourcing, stakeholder management) ideally in tech or SaaS
- •Fluency in English and German (near-native)
- •Project management mindset
- •Ultra organized and efficient in managing multiple roles
- •Excellent communication and relationship skills
- •Comfortable working in a small team in a hybrid setup
- •Self-driven and resourceful
- •Ability to adapt to different industries and learn fast
- •Experience in scaling startups
- •Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- •Exposure to executive search, interim recruiting, or consulting

- •Lead kick-off meetings with clients to understand their needs
- •Design tailored recruitment processes with timelines and assessment criteria
- •Build and manage a candidate funnel through sourcing and outreach
- •Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards and social media
- •Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess fit
- •Coordinate interview rounds and manage scheduling
- •Support offer negotiations and onboarding handover
- •Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates
- •Monitor key metrics and iterate the recruitment process
- •Collaborate with the internal team to share learnings and strategies
- •Recommend process optimizations and flag risks proactively
