- Capacity to manage 5-8 projects in parallel
- Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams
- Teamwork skills
- Adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Flexibility in working schedule
- Ability to have meetings with US West Coast regularly

Aufgaben
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary Product Development projects
- Plan, monitor, and manage cross-departmental projects
- Coordinate projects among various stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, Manufacturing, QA/RA, and Scientific Affairs
- Maintain team awareness of project interdependencies
- Manage project risks
- Monitor overall project progress and resource use
- Report project progress clearly and in detail
- Liaise with Bio-Techne divisions in the US
