- Orchestrate cross-functional programs and projects
- Ensure global planning and execution consistency
- Define and prioritize programs and projects
- Drive execution across product development, industrialization, and operational launch
- Ensure planning consistency and strategic alignment
- Oversee project performance against time, budget, and risk
- Facilitate issue resolution with key stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional projects
- Manage Product CAPAs for timely and compliant resolution
- Support leadership team decision-making
- Handle project decisions and escalation management
- Review 18-month product roadmaps
- Provide actionable reporting and dashboards
- Design and implement program management framework
- Continuously improve methodologies, standards, tools, and governance
- Train and coach teams on best practices and tooling
- Lead and develop a team of project/program managers
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
