Project leadership for electronics-based systems in environmental, health, and energy applications at a research center. 5 years project leadership experience and IPMA Level C certification required. Relocation support for non-EU nationals, daily meal allowances.

Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Economics
  • Solid technical understanding of electronics and IC Development
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Leader in IC Development
  • Familiarity with Economics topics (Market Analysis, Business Planning)
  • Certification in IPMA Level C or equivalent
  • Structured working approach and proactive mindset with strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex project aspects and suggest improvements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written; German is a plus

  • Take full project responsibility
  • Organize work and align resources
  • Coordinate the project team and external collaborators
  • Define and monitor project KPIs and objectives
  • Report project status to stakeholders and partners
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage multi-firm consortia in research projects
  • Maintain project overview and manage interdependencies
  • Oversee financial planning and control
  • Manage the Research Unit’s project portfolio
  • Support project acquisition and future research topics
