Anforderungen
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field, or Master’s degree with relevant experience

- Experience in cGMP, API development, project management, and statistics is an advantage

- Ensure customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and other teams
- Lead the development, validation, and implementation of chromatographic analytical methods
- Oversee analytical activities within your laboratory team
- Provide scientific and technical leadership within project teams
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external customers
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging analytical technologies
- Identify, evaluate, and implement scientific trends and innovative solutions
- Lead and develop a laboratory team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
