- Strengthen project execution excellence for GIS customer projects
- Develop and implement project management processes and standards
- Continuously improve project management governance
- Ensure transparency and on-time delivery of customer projects
- Translate lessons learned into structured CI actions
- Lead mid-term strategic project management initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for project management issues
- Drive sustainable resolutions for systemic issues
- Optimize project management methods, tools, and IT systems
- Leverage data analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Identify improvement opportunities using data
- Contribute to CI community
- Foster learning and improvement culture
