Aufgaben
- Lead a state-of-the-art GMP manufacturing facility
- Direct Production, HSE, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- Manage Manufacturing Science and Technology activities
- Translate manufacturing strategies into actionable plans
- Oversee capital projects from construction to launch
- Improve site-wide operational efficiencies constantly
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations
- Monitor performance metrics with the leadership team
- Drive cross-site collaboration and process standardization
- Develop and communicate the site strategic plan
- Mentor employees and provide development opportunities
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate planning to meet cost-effective manufacturing goals
- Lead site meetings regarding policies and initiatives
