- Proven experience supporting site build, capital projects, or system implementation
- Strong knowledge of validation, testing, and compliance in GMP environments
- Ability to lead stakeholders, manage suppliers, and influence without authority
- Fluency in English and German, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or automotive environments with system validation

- Act as the on-site ITOT lead for site build-out
- Coordinate ITOT suppliers and partners during construction
- Coordinate ITOT suppliers and partners during installation
- Coordinate ITOT suppliers and partners during commissioning
- Lead validation activities
- Lead testing activities
- Ensure traceability from user requirements to system delivery
- Partner with site leadership to deliver capital projects
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver capital projects
- Ensure compliance with security standards

- Ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Support transition to stable operations
