- Experience with data management software (LIMS or comparable)
- Experience in clinical trial operations or regulated operations (GLP/GCP/GMP) is a plus
- Collaborative work, process compliance, attention to detail
- Strong English language skills (oral and written)
- Basic German language skills
Aufgaben
- Support cross-functional laboratory sample and data operations
- Initiate and coordinate project setup documents with vendors
- Revise documents for external storage of clinical trial samples
- Support sample data curation, intake, reconciliation, and transfer
- Use bioanalytical LIMS and ELN software
- Manage internal and external sample storage
- Inventory stores and review retention periods
- Coordinate sample relocation and disposal
- Collaborate with global teams for cross-functional processes
- Support data exchange with global teams
- Contribute to IT system development and testing
- Enhance processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Adhere to flexible project timelines
