In this role, you will be the vital link between the production team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project's lifecycle. Daily tasks will involve managing documentation, overseeing project progress, and aligning design with site requirements.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Architecture
• •At least 5 years of experience in technical coordination or project coordination roles
• •Overall professional experience of 8–10 years
• •Construction site experience
• •Excellent ability to read and understand technical drawings
• •Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• •Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with multiple stakeholders
• •Solid understanding of technical production processes, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• •Familiarity with administrative and financial aspects of project management
• •Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
• •Previous experience in construction, engineering, or design management environments
• •French as an additional value

Aufgaben

• •Verify compliance between executive design and constructed work
• •Manage the review and approval process of drawings
• •Interface daily with multiple stakeholders, including clients and production teams
• •Ensure quality and consistency of technical documentation
• •Coordinate daily activities between the production team, consultants, and the final client
• •Oversee technical and administrative management of the project
• •Monitor project planning, progress, deliverables, and quality control
• •Supervise preparation of technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• •Manage interactions with suppliers regarding requests, timelines, and deliveries
• •Support alignment between design deliverables and site needs
