- Lead joint customer project team meetings
- Manage and escalate project risks proactively
- Conduct lessons learned and improvement evaluations
- Coordinate regulatory and submission processes
- Track the preparation of regulatory dossiers
- Initiate invoices for completed work packages
- Report completed revenues and financial outlooks
- Manage scope changes and cost estimations
- Collaborate with Business Development on pricing
- Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
- Share best practices with other Program Managers
