Aufgaben
- Lead execution of enterprise transformation initiatives
- Manage large-scale SAP programs for core business processes
- Take ownership of strategic programs from initiation to delivery
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Establish and lead governance structures with senior stakeholders
- Ensure transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making
- Steer daily execution, proactively resolve issues
- Clarify complex and fast-moving environments
- Lead cross-functional, multi-vendor teams across regions
- Foster collaboration and shared accountability
- Build alignment across stakeholders
- Ensure sustainable anchoring of delivered solutions
- Promote structured, transparent risk and change management
- Ensure stability and long-term value creation
- Leverage strong experience in complex SAP landscapes
- Challenge delivery approaches and assess integration risks
- Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and business perspectives
- Engage with business leaders, SAP experts, and implementation partners
