Aufgaben

  • •Drive asset success by managing internal cross-functional programs
  • •Manage external partnerships as required
  • •Support the incubator and medical affairs leadership teams
  • •Ensure programs are appropriately resourced and efficiently conducted
  • •Maintain program completion within agreed timelines and budgets
  • •Translate asset strategy into execution throughout the product lifecycle
  • •Provide cross-functional operational leadership to strategy teams
  • •Coordinate team interactions and ensure structured meetings
  • •Document and communicate clear decisions and actions to stakeholders
  • •Hold team members accountable for functional plan delivery
  • •Develop integrated program plans including cross-functional interdependencies
  • •Establish robust plans with clear go/no-go decision points
  • •Facilitate setting and tracking program objectives and priorities
  • •Monitor program progress against approved project plans
  • •Identify and mitigate program issues and risks
  • •Update systems to reflect current integrated planning assumptions
  • •Generate accurate monthly project status reports
  • •Manage program budgets and long-term financial projections
  • •Evaluate and address project resource requirements and gaps
  • •Prepare program presentations for governance and executive management
  • •Drive the launch excellence framework and execution metrics
