- Basic programming or scripting knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Aufgaben
- Implement customer projects for Impress and e-Services solutions
- Configure and adapt solutions for document processing
- Configure and adapt solutions for output management
- Configure and adapt solutions for e-invoicing workflows
- Lead implementation projects
- Provide 1st level support for existing customers
- Provide 2nd level support for existing customers
- Train customers remotely
- Train customers on-site
- Onboard customers remotely
- Onboard customers on-site
- Act as a technical expert for internal teams
- Support presales activities with technical insights
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices
- Continuously improve delivery standards
