Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, or similar)
- First experience in Quality or manufacturing environment (TQ1/TQ2 certification is a plus)
- Strong understanding of electronic components and systems (PCBAs, sensors, etc.)
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to work with digital tools and new technologies (Office Suite, vibe coding, AI assistant, etc.)
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Responsible, autonomous, rigorous, flexible, and team-spirit working style
- Curious and eager to learn new concepts, skills, and tools
Aufgaben
- Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability
- Support daily production line debug activities
- Ensure drones and subassemblies meet quality standards and production targets
- Propose and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Increase quality and product focus on yield, efficiency, reliability, and process stability
- Monitor quality production KPIs and quality metrics
- Collaborate with Method, PLM, and R&D departments
- Validate and implement product/process changes and improvements
- Participate in implementing new testing methods or equipment
- Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks
- Participate in root cause analysis of customer return parts
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document quality issues in ERP/CRM (Odoo)
- Collaborate with operators and technicians for quality support
- Promote best manufacturing practices
- Promote a quality-first mindset and act as an ambassador
